Temperature dependence of shear viscosity of SU(3)
gluodynamics within lattice simulation

Viktor Braguta (Institute for High Energy Physics NRC "Kurchatov Institute", Protvino, Russia)

This report is devoted to the study of temperature dependence of shear viscosity in SU(3)-gluodynamics within lattice simulation of QCD. To calculate shear viscosity we carried out high accuracy lattice measurements of the energy-momentum tensor $T_{12}T_{12}$ correlation functions for a set of temperatures in the region $T/T_c \in (0.9, 1.5)$. The results of the calculation allow us to determine the temperature dependence of the ratio of shear viscosity to the entropy density $\eta/s$ for gluodynamics. Our results are close to experimental measurement of shear viscosity, N=4 supersymmetric Yang Mills and considerably deviate from perturbative calculations. Using the results of the lattice calculations we also estimate the ratio $\eta/s$ for QCD with dynamical quarks.
