In case you are interested, feel free to contact me any time (Marc Wagner).Es gibt eine Vielzahl thematischer Möglichkeiten für zukünftige Bachelor-/Master- und Doktorarbeiten in unserer Gruppe. Meldet Euch bei Interesse am besten bei mir (Marc Wagner) oder kommt einfach vorbei, dann reden wir über denkbare Ausrichtungen und finden ein geeignetes Thema.
Informationsmaterial zum Einlesen in unser Forschungsgebiet, die Gitterfeldtheorie:
- Versuch "Lattice Monte-Carlo simulation of the quantum mechanical path integral" im Simulationspraktikum.
Diesen Versuch solltest Du als Test ausführen. Dabei lernst Du die grundlegende Technik in unserem Forschungsgebiet kennen (Monte Carlo-Simulation von Pfadintegralen). Wenn Dir der Versuch leicht fällt und Du Freude dabei hast, könnte die Gitterfeldtherie genau das Richtige für Dich sein. - Vorlesungsaufzeichnungen "An introduction to lattice hadron spectroscopy for students without quantum field theoretical background".
Diese Aufzeichnungen zu einer kurzen, aus vier Doppelstunden bestehenden Vorlesung eignen sich gut, einen ersten Einblick in die Gitterfeldtheorie zu erlangen, auch wenn Du z.B. noch kein Wissen über Quantenfeldtheorie besitzt. - Vortrag im Physikalischen Mittwochskolloqium "Untersuchung von Mesonen und Tetraquarks im Rahmen der Gitter-QCD".
Auch dieser Satz von Vortragsfolien eignet sich gut, einen schnellen ersten Einblick in die Gitterfeldtheorie zu erlangen. - Um eine Vorstellung zu bekommen, welchen typischen Umfang eine Bachelor- oder Masterarbeit in unserer Arbeitsgruppe hat, solltest Du Dir einige der oben aufgelisteten abgeschlossenen Arbeiten ansehen. Als Einstieg in unser Forschungsgebiet bieten sich z.B. die drei Bachelorarbieten von Annabelle Uenver, Philipp Wolf und Björn Fröhlich Wagenbach an (die Theorieteile der Arbeiten sollten am besten in dieser Reihenfolge gelesen werden).
